
Decluttering Your Home & Mind – A Fortnightly Peer Support Group
Join our free fortnightly peer support group, running every other Monday from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM, starting on Monday, 7th April. This group offers a supportive space to explore the connection between your environment and mental wellbeing.
Clutter in our homes can create stress, overwhelm, and a constant mental to-do list that makes it hard to relax. By learning practical ways to declutter, we can create a space that feels more like a sanctuary—one that brings a sense of calm and control. But decluttering isn’t just about our physical surroundings. Many of us struggle with mental clutter—racing thoughts, overwhelming worries, and the feeling of having too much on our minds. Together, we’ll explore simple tools and techniques to help you clear mental overwhelm, filter your thoughts, and regain focus.
This supportive group is designed to help you take small, manageable steps toward a more peaceful home and a calmer mind. Whether you're looking for motivation, practical tips, or just a non-judgmental place to share your journey, this group is here for you.

This weekly session is an opportunity for you to spend some time on your wellbeing by journaling or creating poetry.
Journaling has many aspects to consider to be a productive tool, it is important to question your thoughts and feelings to enable you to understand your emotions.
If you prefer poetry, then feel free to allow yourself to be creative in this session.
You will be provided with 3 weekly journaling questions in the session and then you can freely answer them in your journal. The same questions will be the topic of your poems, if you prefer poetry.
The facilitator will be available throughout the session for questions and discussions. So, grab yourself a cuppa and join us in this weekly ongoing group.

Christmas and New Year Session Dates 2024/25
The last Monday Creative Writing Group of 2024 will be on Monday 23rd December. The first session of 2025 will be on the Monday 6th January and weekly thereafter.

This weekly online session is designed to encourage self-help strategies and share useful resources that promote wellbeing whilst also providing a supportive space to connect with like-minded individuals and have fun.
The sessions begin with a short grounding exercise and a general check-in, followed by either mental health discussions or a quiz, depending on the week.

It provides the opportunity for some peer support through meeting and sharing with like-minded people facing similar challenges. Open to all (18 and over) ! We are a friendly bunch and use feedback to shape each weekly session.
